With a background in data science and cybersecurity engineering, Yuliya has developed expertise in understanding and communicating complex technical concepts, which has shaped her career trajectory toward the field of intellectual property law. Her professional experience includes working in both law firm and corporate environments and collaborating with inventors and interdisciplinary teams to analyze innovative technologies, draft technical documentation, and support the patent application process. This foundation has given her a deep appreciation for the intersection of technology and law, and a commitment to helping innovators protect their ideas.
Currently, Yuliya is preparing to take the USPTO Patent Bar Exam to become a registered patent agent. This credential will enable her to directly represent inventors before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), preparing and prosecuting patent applications on their behalf. Her ongoing studies include analysis of international patent laws, rules, and case law, positioning her to provide high-quality guidance to clients navigating the patent system.
